Installation notes of polycarbonate sheet(二)

1.  Please choose suitable neuter gum and rubber gasket for polycarbonate sheet.

2.  Reservation sheet expansion space in drilling installation.Diameter of hole should be bigger than 50%diameter of the screw, and the distance from screw to plate edges is no less than 50mm,Sxcrews can not be too tight and too close, We recommend using one screw every 50cm or more.(The screw spacting is greater if the sheet is thicker)

3.  According to the local temperature change two pieces of PC sheets joint need to leave enough space for expansion,Generally the gap width is more than 50% diameter of the screw.

4.  Bending direction must be perpendicular to the inner hole of PC sheet is cold-formed,Cold-formed bending radius of the polycarbonate hollow sheet must be greater than 175 times of its own thickness.Cold-formed bending radius of the polycarbonate solid sheet must be greater than 100 times of its own thickness. 

5.  Never directly drill the screws of the sheet in the process of construction.Holes should be drilled in advance than install screws,Forbid to install the screw in bending stress points if the PC sheet needs needs to curve shape.

6.  Stop installing when the matcrialis in the rain and humid.

7.  Regular cleaning and maintenance to prevent acid corrosion and dust on the sheets,suggest than washing with warm water.
